1. Principle
APOUL and MiyabiBase do not collect information that is not needed for the purpose at hand.
2. What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no advertising trackers, and does not store the contents of enquiries on a server. To understand which pages are read, we use analytics that APOUL built and runs itself. We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service. Hosting platforms such as Cloudflare Pages may process technical logs for delivery and security.
2-1. What the analytics records
When a page is displayed, we record:
- the page URL (anything after ? or # is discarded)
- the referring domain, e.g. google.com — movement within this site and direct visits are not recorded
- a screen-width band (mobile, tablet or desktop)
- a browser family (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge or other)
- a country code, e.g. JP
- a visit token, described below
- the time of the record
2-2. What it does not collect
IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored. To group one person's consecutive page views, we hash those together with the current date and a value known only to APOUL, and store only the hash. When the date changes, the same person produces a different token, so we cannot follow anyone across days. We do not record names, email addresses, anything you type into a page, or the part of a URL after ?.
2-3. Retention
Records are deleted automatically after 90 days. The data is held only on APOUL's Cloudflare account. It is never sold or given to third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
3. The site guide
The guide at the bottom right runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to an external service, and nothing is stored.
4. Enquiries
If you write to us, we handle the name, address and content needed to reply, and use them only to answer, follow up and resolve the matter.
5. External services
This site links to YouTube, LINE STORE, SUZURI and others. Information handling on those services is governed by their own policies.
6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The analytics does not use cookies either. Because no identifier is stored in your browser, there is no cookie consent prompt.
7. Changes
This policy may be revised as the site, the products and the contact methods change.
8. Requests and complaints
You may request notification of purpose, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision of personal data held by APOUL. Please use the contact page. There is no fee. Complaints about the handling of personal data are received at the same address.
